About Jenny
Attorney Campos is licensed to practice immigration law throughout the United States. She practices before the immigration services (USCIS), principally in Minneapolis, MN. She practices before the immigration court (EOIR) in Chicago, IL, as well as the Board of Immigration Appeals.
Attorney Campos is fluent in Spanish and worked with Attorney Laxton in a paralegal capacity since 2012 prior to being admitted to the State Bar of California in November 2022. Through this experience, she assisted in helping hundreds of clients attain lawful permanent resident status and citizenship in the U.S. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Attorney Campos specializes in defending deportation cases before the immigration court and family-based immigration cases.
